What the role involves

  • Setting local strategy to drive sales, customer growth, and margin
  • Managing the site team across sales, warehouse, admin and delivery
  • Building strong relationships with local trade customers and key accounts
  • Controlling stock profiles, purchasing, site overheads and forecasting
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and presentation standards across the site
  • Developing your team through hands-on leadership and coaching
What makes someone a great fit?
  • A confident people leader with experience either running a trade / merchant site or within senior sales for plumbing, pipeline or heating products
  • Commercially sharp - you understand P&L, margin, cost control, and what it means to run a profitable operation
  • Passionate about customer service and building long-term local relationships
  • Hands-on, proactive and comfortable making decisions at pace
  • Strong in planning, communication and motivating others to succeed
  • Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)

You’ll be the face of our business, handling everything from serving at the counter to supporting business development efforts to ensure the site’s success.

What the role involves

  • Serving trade and cash customers on the counter
  • Providing advice, building quotes, and managing trade accounts
  • Offering technical product knowledge and solutions
  • Keeping the shop floor and stock areas organised and well supplied
  • Engage with Management on stock selection, displays, and pricing
  • Supporting customer deliveries including picking and packing
  • Creating strong relationships with regular customers
  • Supporting business development efforts by identifying and re-engaging lower-spend accounts

What the role involves

  • Running day-to-day operations of the bathroom showroom
  • Leading and coaching Business Development Managers / Bathroom Designers to drive sales and service
  • Developing trade and retail customer relationships
  • Owning local marketing and driving repeat business
  • Maintaining a showroom that inspires - layout, merchandising, displays
  • Supporting customers with design advice and product recommendations
  • Using commercial data to steer performance
  • Working closely with trade installers and the wider site team
What makes someone a great fit?
  • Experience in a bathroom, kitchen, interiors, or design showroom
  • People leadership or team supervision experience (preferable)
  • Sales focused with good commercial acumen including margin management, supplier
  • relationships and stock management
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Creative flair and interest in home design
  • CAD experience (e.g. Virtual Worlds) is a bonus, not essential
  • Full UK driving licence

What the role involves

Our Warehouse & Driver teams typically split their time between two key areas:

Out on the road:
  • Delivering orders in a company vehicle to local trade customers
  • Being punctual, responsible, and professional behind the wheel
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks so everything's in working order before you hit the road
  • Providing helpful, friendly service on every drop
  • Loading and unloading goods and checking deliveries
Back on site:
  • Receiving stock and checking goods in
  • Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
  • Pitching in wherever needed to support the team
What makes someone a great fit?
We've found people succeed in these roles when they are:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Have experience in commercial driving or in a warehouse environment
  • Confident behind the wheel with a full UK driving license
  • Friendly, dependable, and ready to roll their sleeves up
